Orange Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops or pork steaks
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops or steaks.
    Place in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Baste occasionally.
    Can also be put in crock-pot for 6 to 8 hours.
