Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. oil
    3 small jars strained carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. steamed raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon-colored; add oil, carrots and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Next, add pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Mix and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
