24 Carat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
approximately 4 oz. coconut to your taste
Preparation

Lightly mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in mixing bowl.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat 1 minute at medium.
Stir in carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut.
Turn into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round pans or a large rectangular pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until it tests done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and finish cooling.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
