Memphis Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9-inch pie crust
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter

Preparation

Mix sugar and peanut butter.
Set aside 1/3 of mixture. Spread remaining 2/3 over bottom of baked crust.
