Baked Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken, cut in serving pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. green pepper strips
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. honey
    paprika
Preparation
    Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a shallow greased baking dish.
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Stir in green pepper, pineapple, mustard and honey.
    Spoon mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, basting occasionally, 45 to 60 minutes, until tender.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
