Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 small bottle green olives, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped or green onions
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Put broccoli in boiling water in bite-size pieces.
    When comes to second boil, remove and drain, then chill.
    Mix and chill. Serve with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Serves 6 to 8.
