King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    12 to 14 corn tortillas
    1 chopped onion
    1 to 2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone and dice.
    Heat Ro-Tel, onion soup and broth together.
    Layer corn tortillas on bottom of casserole dish with no holes.
    Put 1/2 chicken and 1/2 broth mixture over tortillas; layer with cheese.
    Repeat layers, topping with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until hot and bubbly all the way through.
