Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans, broken in small chunks
    2 sticks margarine
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. pure vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and shortening until smooth.
    Add vanilla. Beat in confectioners sugar gradually.
    Beat in flour gradually. Use hands to mix in pecans which have been chopped or broken coarsely.
    Roll in cocoon shapes and bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 15 to 20 minutes until light brown at 350\u00b0.
    Roll in confectioners sugar just before serving.
