Cream Of Taco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 box chili
    1 can pinto beans
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    tortilla chips
    Tomatoes, chopped (Optional)
    lettuce (optional)
    grated cheese (optional)
    black olives (optional)
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Mix browned beef,
    Ro-tel tomatoes, whipping cream, chile, beans and velveeta all together in a crock pot and cook for 45 minutes on high, then cook for a couple of hours on low.
    Crumble tortilla chips on plate and top with cream mixture,
    Add chopped tomatoes, lettuce, grated cheese, black olives and sour cream if desired.
