Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spreadable Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. dry Chianti
    garlic powder to taste
    dry mustard to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/8 c. parsley flakes
    paprika
Preparation
    Bring cheese to room temperature.
    Add remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Spread wax paper heavily with paprika.
    Roll cheese in ball.
    It will be soft.
    Cover with paprika.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Serve with crackers or warm slices of French bread.
