Stuffed Celery Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium celery stalks
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 2 oz.)
    1/2 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cut celery into 3-inch pieces (make sure it's completely dry). Mix remaining ingredients.
    Spread about 1 tablespoon in each piece of celery. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Makes about 14.
