Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. dried zucchini, chopped
1 medium chopped onion
1 large tomato, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine zucchini, onion, tomato, Bisquick, grated cheese, salt, oregano and pepper.
Mix oil and eggs; add to first mixture. Grease casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
