Spenny'S Favorite Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    2/3 c. beer
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    about 3 lb. chicken (I use legs and thighs, breast may also be used)
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter.
    Stir in tomato soup, beer, curry powder, oregano
    and pepper; bring to a boil, then let simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
