Pumpkin Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. pumpkin or 1 lg. can
6 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 c. oil
1 c. cold water
5-1/4 c. flour
4 c. sugar
3 tsp. soda
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, and add remainder of ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in 1 lb. greased coffee cans.
Will fill approximately 6 cans.
Fill each can 1/2 full, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Delicious served with whipped cream, or a hot sauce.
Freezes well.
