Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Blend in milk, butter, nutmeg and vanilla; pour into dry ingredients and mix just until moist. Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Makes 1 dozen.
