Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil (Wesson)
1 c. blueberries, washed and drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix flour and sugar together in bowl. Make well in center.
Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add all at once to dry ingredients.
Stir quickly, just until moistened.
Wash and drain blueberries and gently fold into batter.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Serves 12.
