Refrigerator Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 c. pineapple juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. light margarine
3 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bring pineapple juice to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Remove mixture from heat and cool to lukewarm.
