Banana-Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. sour milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream butter or shortening, sugar and eggs.
Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder and add to creamed mixture.
Add bananas, sour milk, vanilla and walnuts.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
