Sweet Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 beaten egg

Preparation

Mix meat and all ingredients together.
Lightly grease baking dish and place meat in pan leaving a little sauce around pan.
