Cheddar Top Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine meat, crumbs, 1 cup cheese, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
    Shape into a loaf in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Brush with remaining barbecue sauce; continue baking for 15 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Serves 8.
