Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup water
    3 Tbsp. tender quick salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 dozen peppercorns
    1 tsp. mustard seeds
    2 lbs. hamburger or venison
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with water and pour over hamburger and mix well.
    Make into rolls and wrap in heavy aluminum foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
