Bagogi(Oriental Marinated Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank or round steak
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 green onions, sliced thin
    1 clove crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sake or dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, crushed
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Slice meat very thin across grain.
    (Best when meat is frozen.)
    Combine soy sauce, green onions, garlic, sugar, sake, sesame seed and sesame oil in a large shallow dish.
    Add meat, coat well.
    Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.
    Take meat slices, cook on grill. Serve with cooked rice.
