Sour Cream Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
plain yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
8 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Mix for 4 minutes.
Slice and peel at least 3 apples.
Mix 1 part cinnamon to 2 1/2 parts sugar (e.g. 2 tablespoons cinnamon to 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar).
