Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine butter, cheese and vanilla.
Cream well.
Add sugar gradually, beating well.
