White Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. white chocolate, melted
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts (I use 1/2 c. chopped fine)
Preparation
    Mix sugar,
    oleo and milk in a heavy saucepan and bring to a full,
    rolling
    boil.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the 1/2 pound of white chocolate, which has been melted in
    a double
    boiler.
    Add
    marshmallows,
    vanilla and nuts.
    Beat
    to a spreading consistency.
    Pour into a greased pan or glass dish (Pyrex).
    Freezes and mails well.
