Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 jar diced pimento
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb dressing
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Chop onion, saute in half the margarine until tender.
    Add soup, pimento, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Melt remaining butter and add to dressing crumbs.
