Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. onion
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can water
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 small pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
    pepper to taste
    2 All-Ready pie crusts
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Add soup and water; stir until bubbly and thickened.
    Add chicken and vegetables and heat thoroughly.
    Place 1 crust in bottom of pie pan; add chicken/vegetable mixture.
    Top with second crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
