Cold Oriental Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked al dente and drained
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped coarsely
    6 to 8 scallions, sliced in 2-inch strips
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cooked and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. peanut or corn oil
    3 Tbsp. sesame oil
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Oriental hot oil
    3 Tbsp. ground coriander seed
Preparation
    Mix spaghetti, walnuts, scallions and chicken in large bowl.
