Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck
    1 onion, quartered
    4 carrots, halved
    4 celery stalks, quartered
    1 can tomatoes, drained (1 lb. 10 oz.)
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    1/4 c. tapioca crystals
    1/4 c. packed dry bread crumbs
    2 c. mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine in Dutch oven with cover and bake at 300\u00b0, covered, 3 to 4 hours, until tender.
