Chinese Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    in
    oil, add onions and celery; cook until soft. Add
    other\tingredients.
    Pour into an 8 x 11-inch pan. Bake, uncovered,\tat 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spread 1 large pan Chinese noodles over top and bake for 15 minutes uncovered.
