Big Buck'S Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. deer tenderloin, cut into strips
    bell pepper, cut into strips
    onions
    1/2 c. Worcestershire
    season to taste
    garlic
    Cajun season
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet fill bottom with cooking oil.
    Add meat and season.
    Cook on medium until brown.
    Add Worcestershire.
    Simmer. Dilute with water.
    Serve over rice or egg noodles.
