Wilma'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. wide egg noodles
    boiling salted water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 small (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. cottage cheese
    6 green onions and tops, finely sliced
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Brown meat, stirring with fork until crumbly. Stir in garlic and salt.
    Add tomato sauce and simmer. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and green onions.
    Arrange alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cream cheese mixture in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
