Aunt Freda'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. chopped apples
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Generously grease tube or Bundt cake pan before pouring mixed ingredients in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
