Gateau Clardine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 sponge or pound cake
    2 Tbsp. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Whip the heavy cream until firm and set aside.
    Mix the pudding with the milk until combined.
    Fold in whipped cream.
