Jean Thompson'S Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; stir until clear.
Add strawberries and mix well (I cut up strawberries as I mix with hot Jell-O).
Refrigerate 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Strawberry lovers love this at Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other time it's served!
