Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 c. peeled and sliced zucchini
Preparation
    Boil zucchini in water lightly.
    Let set for a few minutes. Drain and put in pie shell. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add other ingredients. Add crust. Bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
