Funky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    skinned chicken pieces
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian lite dressing plus 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix dressing, water, preserves and soup mix.
    Place chicken in ungreased baking pan.
    Cover with mixture.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on size of pieces, at 325\u00b0.
