Italy-Pizza Base - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dried yeast
    5 oz. warm water
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Sift the flour into a big bowl.
    Add the dried yeast.
    Add the water and oil.
    Stir thoroughly until it forms a dough.
    Knead until smooth and stretchy.
    Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
    Grease 2 round 10-inch pizza pans.
    Halve the dough and press each half into a pan.
    Spread the bases with your chosen toppings and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
