Bubba'S Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans New Orleans style red kidney beans
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ground chuck
3/4 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. small, sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced black olives (canned with liquid)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix beans and water in a very large pot; bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium; stir in ground chuck, onions, mushrooms, olives and celery.
Cook over medium heat until meat is done.
Add bouillon, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Turn heat to high and bring to a boil. When mixture reaches a vigorous boil, turn off heat.
Stir in rice, cover pot and let stand until cool enough to serve.
Serves 2 Bubbas or 5 regular people.
