Sliced Cabbage Kimchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. nappa cabbage, cut in 3 inch lengths
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/3 c. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve the salt in lukewarm water and sprinkle over cabbage.
    Cover and let stand for 7 hours.
    Rinse the cabbage 3 times in cold water and let drain in a colander.
