Polish Round Rye Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Polish round rye bread
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. each: Beau Monde, parsley, dill seed and onion flakes
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Spoon out center of bread, reserving bread pieces to be used as dipping pieces.
