Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 small (5 oz.) can Pet milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan and add milk and sugar. Blend together with chocolate mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Add eggs one at a time to mixture, stir until mixed thoroughly (add pecans if desired).
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
