Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
    2 (22 oz.) cans refried beans
    1 bunch green onions
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 can sliced olives
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    lettuce
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocado.
    Whip in juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and seasoning.
    Spread beans in serving dish (9 x 13-inches) and top with avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture.
    Chop up onions, tomatoes, olives and lettuce real small.
    Layer the onions, tomatoes, olives, lettuce and cheese.
