Mushroom Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    dash of salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 egg
    2 crackers, soaked in small amount milk
    1 can water
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into small meatballs.
    In casserole, dilute the mushroom soup and 1 can water.
    Add meatballs; cook in oven for about 1 hour at about 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    It's delicious over mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
