Spinach Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
    2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
    3 oz. chopped raisins
    8 oz. Italian bread crumbs
    3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
