Lemongrass Spareribs(Xuong Nuong Xa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. spareribs
    8 cloves garlic, smashed
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. fish sauce
    2 tsp. fresh lemongrass, chopped or powdered dried
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine and mix all ingredients into a bowl.
    Arrange the ribs in single layer in a large shallow dish.
    Pour the marinade over them and coat them well.
    Marinate at room temperature for at least 3 hours or covered in the refrigerator overnight.
    Preheat the grill and cook until ribs are done.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
