Sandy Frazier'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. diced chicken
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except crumbs and butter).
    Place mixture in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Brown bread crumbs in butter.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
