Apple Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. unpeeled chopped tart apples
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Sift dry ingredients and spices together.
Add sugar mixture.
Add remaining ingredients and fold together.
Bake in well-greased pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.
