Crazy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped apples
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Break egg over apples.
Stir with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
