Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 lb. New York sharp cheese (any brand)
3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. paprika or red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and cheese; add salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar and flour to creamed mixture.
Roll dough into small balls and flatten.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool thoroughly. Store in airtight container.
Keeps for weeks in freezer or refrigerator.
